WHAT DO SERVICE/MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS INCLUDE?
Our service/maintenance contracts can be tailored to best serve your business needs. Typically, our plans include two service trips per year with a discount on consumables. They can also include 24-hour, 48-hour, or 96-hour response times based on your needs — if you experience any issues. Some of the basic day-to-day maintenance can be done yourself, but the more advanced maintenance will require training or assistance from our Adapt Laser team. Day-to-day maintenance typically includes:
- Optic cleaning
- Water chiller maintenance
- Desiccant swapping
Our designated contracts guarantee support within a designated timeframe. They also include periodic maintenance and dedicated phone support. To ensure you’re making the most of your contract, ask yourself these questions*:
- How often will my laser solution need maintenance?
- What maintenance will I be able to do myself?
- How soon will I need help when I’m experiencing issues?
