THE CL2000

“A LASER CLEANING SYSTEM FOR INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS”

Our CL2000 is a versatile, industrial laser cleaning system that’s the culmination of 20+ years of laser cleaning expertise between us and our German-based partners at cleanLASER. With an almost identical design to the CL1000, it includes many of the same key features that has made its predecessor so successful with thick coating removal applications and on parts that have large surface areas.

Providing an average laser power of 1,600 watts, this diode-pumped laser cleaning system doesn’t require cleaning or maintenance between each use—ensuring less overall downtime during production. This high power system is ideal for automated setups and robotic integration due to its compact and sturdy design that offers full mobility.

  • Optional beam switch
  • Full remote capability for diagnosis and maintenance
  • Extraction and filter technologies adapted to the application

CL500 VS. CL2000 POWER COMPARISON

We put our most popular system—the CL500—head to head against our most powerful cleaning system to see how they would perform.

The CL2000’s high power design makes it ideal for thick, military-grade coating removal and is available in both handheld and automated options.

ALSO IDEAL FOR APPLICATIONS LIKE:

  • Welding preparation
  • Large-area paint removal
  • Large-area rust removal
  • Cleaning of large molds
  • Adhesive pre-treatment
