Our laser cleaning system is integrated with a six-axis industrial robot facilitating automated cleaning of highly complex components with pioneering levels of control repetition.
Integration of customer CAD data allows for easy generation of the robot and cleaning program with little user interaction required.
Automated 3D scanning capabilities will minimize the human interaction during programming and automatically will generate a robot cleaning path, even for batch size “1”.
The ALrc300/500 is a highly versatile robotic laser cleaning system. It provides groundbreaking levels of speed, precision, and safety compared to handheld laser cleaning and more traditional methods such as media blasting.
Using laser ablation, the system removes material from the component’s surface without causing damage to the underlying substrate.
