WHAT IS tirecLEANER?
tireCLEANER is a highly efficient inner tire cleaning process that cuts out the wear and tear caused by traditional cleaning methods. Our laser cleaning systems ablate quickly but gently leaving no residue or damage behind in a consistent, repeatable way.
The laser cleaning process is environmentally friendly and doesn’t require any sort of blasting media or secondary cleanup. Removed contaminants are suctioned away through an integrated filter system ensuring safe disposal of all waste.

The tireCLEANER consists of our cleanCELL 3220—an automated modular cell—as well as the turnMOTION optic. Our cleanCELL 3220 was designed for large area components and can process tires between 14″ and 22″.
The modular system allows for customer-specific adaptations like a conveyor belt assembly and can be either a stand-alone on an interlinked operation. Integrated and adapted suction technology ensures all contaminants are safely disposed of and includes fire protection and fire extinguishing features.
Other features on the system include a camera system for process visualization/documentation and optional add-ons for centering and spreading the tire. With high technical availability (>98%), this system is designed for 24/7 operation.
